1. What motivates you to be part of the Ironmen?  "I am motivated by being part of Ironmen because I am constantly being challenged to be better each week."

2. How do you feel the Ironmen organization has impacted you as an individual? "I have enjoyed the friendships I have made and the skills I have learned."

3. How do you feel the Ironmen organization has influenced you to be a leader on and off the field? "Ironmen cheer has influenced me to be a leader by allowing me to lead counts in stunts and by encouraging everyone to do a great job."

4. What are some values you have learned while being part of the Ironmen Organization? "The values I have learned through Ironmen cheer include discipline, trust, teamwork, resilience and perseverance."

5. What advice can you provide to the younger student athletes in the Ironmen organization to empower them as individuals? "The Advice I would give to younger student athletes would be that you have to work together as a team to achieve great things."

6. What is your favorite pre or post game meal? "My favorite pregame or post game meal is pizza!"

1. What motivates you to be part of the Ironmen?  "The reputation of the organization and my love for football."

2. How do you feel the Ironmen organization has impacted you as an individual? "It has taught me what it means to be a good teammate and to put the team first."

3. How do you feel the Ironmen organization has influenced you to be a leader on and off the field? " I feel more confident being a role model to younger players. I have learned valuable lessons about leadership and work ethics."

4. What are some values you have learned while being part of the Ironmen Organization? "Teamwork, sacrifice, dedication, and self discipline."

5. What advice can you provide to the younger student athletes in the Ironmen organization to empower them as individuals? "Never give up and work your hardest. Even if no one is watching."

6. What is your favorite pre or post game meal? "Pregame is bagel and smoothie, post game is chicken wings."

1. What motivates you to be part of the Ironmen? "I want to be out there and try my hardest everyday knowing that I'm not putting in effort for nothing."

2. How do you feel the Ironmen organization has impacted you as an individual? "Ironmen has impacted me and taught me to have good sportsmanship and be a team player whether they're on or off your team."

3. How do you feel the Ironmen organization has influenced you to be a leader on and off the field? "Ironmen has impacted me to be a leader off the field by helping each other up and giving motivation to others wherever it may be.  It's helped on the field by picking each other up and talking to each other and motivating them whenever they're down."

4. What are some values you have learned while being part of the Ironmen Organization? "Values that I've learned is being a good sportsmanship and trying your hardest and giving it all your effort."

5. What advice can you provide to the younger student athletes in the Ironmen organization to empower them as individuals? "Advice that I can provide is to never give up and even when you're at your lowest out there on the field, never give up cause it's all worth it in the end."

6. What is your favorite pre or post game meal? "My favorite pregame meal is usually a protein bar and almonds."

1. What motivates you to be part of the Ironmen? "I wanted to be part of the Ironmen to try something new, and be part of a team and contribute to something bigger than myself."

2. How do you feel the Ironmen organization has impacted you as an individual? "It's helped me learn that getting good at something requires payment in advance. You have to work hard and put in your time and effort before you can become successful."

3. How do you feel the Ironmen organization has influenced you to be a leader on and off the field? "I feel that being a part of a team where there are kids younger than you who look up to you, you must put in your best effort so that you are a worthy role model for them to look up to. And off the field I feel like there is a sense of pride that I am an ironmen."

4. What are some values you have learned while being part of the Ironmen Organization? "I have learned discipline, commitment, hustle, and passion. And there is always room for improvement. Being uncomfortable offers an opportunity for growth, so I pus myself."

5. What advice can you provide to the younger student athletes in the Ironmen organization to empower them as individuals? "If you are ever interested in trying something new, do it right away, before its too late to become good at it."

6. What is your favorite pre or post game meal? "Post-game meal favorite is a steak and vegetables with a big glass of water."
