Here are the dates for 2023 equipment distribution:
Varsity (7th & 8th Grade): Monday, July 24, 6:00-9:00 pm
Junior Varsity (5th & 6th Grade): Tuesday, July 25, 6:00-9:00 pm
Developmental (3rd & 4th Grade): Wednesday, July 26, 6:00-9:00 pm
Distribution will occur at the Saint Kilian Athletic Field Equipment Room (7076 Franklin Road, Cranberry Township, PA 16066)
New this year prior to receiving any equipment, a postdated check made to The North Pittsburgh Catholic Ironmen for November 20, 2023, in the amount of $250.00 is required to be turned in prior to receiving any equipment at handouts. The check will be returned once the issued equipment is returned at the end of the season. If equipment is not turned in by November 20, 2023, the check will be cashed.
If you cannot make it during this assigned time, you have three options for which you will need to coordinate directly with the equipment manager Portia Miller (plmst22@gmail.com, 412-996-6258). No matter which option you need, you must coordinate with Portia.

Arrange a time Thursday, July 27 or Friday, July 28.
Arrange a time on Sunday August 6th.
All of this information is also in the TeamSnap schedule. We are also looking for two volunteers for each team to help Portia distribute the equipment on that team’s assigned day. You can volunteer for those spots in the Assignments section of TeamSnap.
